I’ve built companies. Now I help others build theirs.
I’m Polly — founder, advisor, and recovering perfectionist with over a decade of hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem. My work sits at the intersection of branding, operations, and people, helping founders turn ideas into businesses that can grow.
Everything I share comes from real experience building companies, leading communities, and making difficult decisions. I don’t consult from a distance — I get involved, challenge assumptions, and help uncover what matters most.
I’ve been active in the startup world since 2011 through organizations such as Start It Smart, ABLE, MoveBG, EDIT, and the Stanford Entrepreneurship Programme.
I’ve founded Webdesh, launched FEB (Female Entrepreneurship Bulgaria), co-founded kreslo.studio, and worked alongside founders and teams across different stages of growth.
With an MBA, a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science, and years of entrepreneurial experience, I bring a practical blend of strategy, operations, branding, and business development.
